Grey Beard's favorite dessert. This recipe was given to Chef HiHo from
Rebecca, one of the kitchen staff at Coco View Resort on the Island of
Roatan in Honduras after she made a whole pie just for GB so that he
could have key lime pie for dessert everynight while there!
